We initially spoke to Marsh Building Services as they are a local business. At the time we were looking to do quite an extensive renovation in our backyard which included a large decking and the installation of an outdoor kitchen. We spoke to several trades people for initial quotes for the decking. Wayne from MBS, was a standout. His vast building experience and years of “on the tools” trades experience was invaluable. Neither my husband nor I have any building experience and needed someone we could trust, someone who understood what we were looking to achieve, could guide us through the process and most importantly was well aware we were working towards a budget. In addition to the decking, Wayne also assisted with project managing electricians and plumbers for the outdoor kitchen and was an pivotal point of independent advise when it came to dealing with our separately sourced cabinet maker for the outdoor kitchen.
