We are a family owned and operated business with a dedication to delivering for our clients. We are a Registered Domestic Builder (Unlimited) and can deliver a range of services that meet the highest building standards. We are members of both HIA and the Master Builders Victoria. If you require a custom home builder in Melbourne we are what you need. We can provide all aspects of domestic building in Melbourne including new home construction, existing home extensions and existing home renovations.

We pride ourselves on providing quality craftmanship in all elements of our projects and we work to ensure transparent communication is maintained across our projects from start to finish. We have been in business for over 30 years with a focus on delivering for you, with so many of our clients becoming repeat customers or referring family and friends we believe that we are delivering for them.

We deliver most of our projects in Melbourne North/East area, however we are happy to travel all across Melbourne to work with the right clients. Some of our recently finished projects include a custom home in Lorne, an architectural extension/renovation in Airport West and two new townhouses in Heidelberg. We have also been engaged to work on a beautiful architecturally designed restoration and extension project for a heritage building in Abbotsford.

Extensions

We have extensive experience in delivering quality home extensions in Melbourne. We can deliver everything from architecturally designed ground and second storey extensions to simple single room extensions. We have experience delivering custom built extensions in Fitzroy, Brunswick and St Kilda so are familiar with the challenges of extending single frontage terrace style houses.

Wayne Marshall is the owner and the builder of the business, with over 40 years experience in the building industry Wayne brings a wealth of knowledge, skill and understanding to every project.

Marsh Building Services was established 2000. Wayne has been a member of both HIA and Master Builders Victoria for almost 40 years. We believe that our longevity and long list of happy clients is a testimony to our quality of work.

At the time we were looking to do quite an extensive renovation in our backyard which included a large decking and the installation of an outdoor kitchen.
